The MPhil and PhD program at the Lahore School are managed by the centre.These programs aim to improve research capability within Pakistan by equipping individuals with the tools and techniques necessary for academic research. Both programs are structured to include rigorous analytical and quantitative courses to provide the necessary skills and seminar style courses to expand the thinking capacities of our future researchers.

PhD Economics Programme
The Lahore School of Economics PhD programme in Economics started in September 2013. All PhD programmes require completion of minimum 18 credit hours of coursework, one research paper publication and a dissertation. The first PhD level course offered is Seminar: Advanced Macro Economics III.
